C-Series Broken Case Detection System
Unitech, Inc. is proud to announce the availability of the new Unitech C-5000 Broken Case Detector. This innovative machine incorporates the latest technology in dairy case delivery and inspection systems. Eliminating broken cases from your system will improve production, reduce shrink and insure a higher quality product being delivered to your customers.
The Unitech C-5000 Broken Case Detector has been designed to test the integrity of every dairy case on the line without impeding case flow or production demands. With a throughput rate of up to 65 cases tested per minute, it simultaneously checks the case for sidewall cracks, handle breaks, and bottom integrity. A failure in any one of these three areas will result in the case being rejected off the line, thereby eliminating it from the system.
The C-Series Case Inspection System units are designed to address a processing plant's specific needs in dairy case inspection. The C-Series Case Inspection System will inspect each case and record each detected failure for easy identification and troubleshooting.

The C-Series Case Inspection System can significantly reduce plant loss due to stack failures and case jams.
Designed flexibility allows the C-Series to be incorporated into any processing plant's case conveyor delivery system with minimal down time.
Quality that Lasts
The pneumatic, electric and electronic systems are comprised of the highest quality and most durable components available. The frame is constructed out of non-corrosive extruded anodized aluminum and stainless steel. The C-Series Case Inspection System is designed to insure trouble free operation for years to come.
The PLC based control, enables these units to be compatible with all existing plant control and data networks. The digital display is provided for an operator interface and indicates machine status. Production information such as total cases inspected and/or rejected per shift can also be displayed via the menu driven pushbuttons located on the unit.
The C-5000 utilizes the highest quality of components available. The use of stainless steel and anodized aluminum insures continuous reliability even when installed in typically wet environments. The compact and modular construction of the unit provides the capability to be installed on almost any case delivery line.
